Seafood on the beach

We spent Tet up at Mui Ne, with the kids loving the rough and ready beachside seafood restaurants. Slipper lobsters, crabs, prawns, squid, a few greens and some rice at a cheap price - a perfect way to round out  a day

Wat roof

Wat Mai Suwannaphumaham, or simply Wat Mai, is the largest in all of Luang Prabang. Its massive roof is simply stunning with steep inclines slowly flattening out as they get closer to the ground. It is more spectacular when lit at night
