Is this count down to pedestrians or cars or both? If for car here should be dangerous 'cause each green should be welcome as F1 racing start ;-)

You would be correct Fabrizio. As the count down gets closer to zero drivers preempt the green light and enter the intersection before it is clear. Resulting chaos is a formality
