Is this place in Saigon? I love Dim Sum.
Shang palace is on Ly Tu Trung st, just under the Norfolk Mansion and one of the best Chinese restaurants in the city
I had Yum Cha there just yesterday. It was a nice atmosphere, but the dim sum was substandard. The place is pricey for what it is, but you're probably paying for the environment and friendly staff.
