For some strange reason, I think I know where this picture was taken, in a neighborhood ( don't know the name) near the Saigon river, next to a house that was just finished building 6-7 weeks ago?? Or maybe VN neighborhood all look alike !
This is on Dang Dung st, top of District 1 near where Hai Ba Trung meets the canal. They did finish a new multi coloured kindergarten (see post on Dec 15) on the street a month ago if that is any help
