Beer and squid

  2. A cold beer in a extreme Hot day is heavenly! The dry squid is a plus, but it make you thirsty quick.

    But I still prefer the bbq white squid found in Mui Ne or Nha Trang.

  4. Yes, the milky white squid is so tender. In Vietnamese I believe it's called "mực 1 nắng" meaning it's only dried in the sun for 1 day.

  7. I like both versions of the squid, the dried is better for beer drinking, but not Heiny, Tiger or Sai Gon Special.
