It is not the price that matters, Saigon Pearl is right on the side of Saigon river with all the facilities, parks...when completed , you can enjoy the fresh air of the country side while only 5 to 10 minutes away from your office in busy district 1.
Thanks Simon,still under construction after 5 years, it looks better from the other side though.

yes lancaster is better location, and you pay for it
