    I thought cyclos were being banned! This looks like a well organized event with uniformed workers.

    3 wheeled vehicles received a reprieve last year by the People's Committee. They are still allowed on a limited number of roads around town. Hopefully cyclos will be allowed to continue unimpeded in the future
