Wow, that is not something I see everyday. Do you eat it like beef jerky or chop it up and put it in other dishes?
I surprised myself by really getting to like this stuff but usually only with beer which may be the significant factor.
You have to grill/broil it for a few minutes. Best to dip with 1 part hoisin sauce, 1 part sriracha sauce (vietnamese hot sauce), and juice of 1 lime wedge. Like amascs said, they're good with cold beer.
