Thanks Simon,still under construction after 5 years, it looks better from the other side though.
If one were drunk and didn't remember ones apartment number, you'd never find "home!"
is it too expensive now to buy property in Saigon?
Actually, lancaster is a much better choice in terms of location.
yes lancaster is better location, and you pay for it
It think it's around 500K USD for a 120 sqm unit at Lancaster.
Is it too expensive?
It is not the price that matters, Saigon Pearl is right on the side of
Saigon river with all the facilities,
parks...when completed , you can enjoy the fresh air of the country side while only 5 to 10 minutes away
from your office in busy district 1.
