Dried squid
It has been ridiculously hot the past few afternoons and therefore we have headed over to the beer joint across the street for a few ales before heading home. One of the accompaniments to beer is dried squid, which is warmed over coals and then shredded and dipped into a chilli sauce. Not a bad idea for this afternoon

The squid sounds interesting, but chilli sauce on a hot day? My Danish blood finds dill weed to be plenty hot enough. ;^)
