Roadside mechanics in the shade

I am a big fan of these mechanics that set up on the footpaths of streets all over the city. They turn up with a toolkit, or like this guy with a decent sized trolley, and can fix all manner of bike issues within minutes. So if your bike breaks down or you can a flat, help is usually just a short walk away.

I am very intrigued with the warning sign on the post on the left. It says "Danger, High Voltage, Death" but I couldn't figure out what the drawing is depicting. Must be describing death by electrocution?

Hey Lan, yeah, that image has always intrigued me. I think it is supposed to represent a normal person's head with hair etc but a skull for a face. The red lighting bolt indicating that if you get too close to the transformer above (about 4 meters off the ground), you will be electrocuted
