Hochiminh City has wide range of good restaurants. If you stay in the CBD, around Pham Ngu Lao str and Ben Thanh market offer some budget meals, however you can opt for some high end restaurant with nice deccor.
Temple restaurant (29 Ton That Thiep St)is a good example with lovely wood works and candlelit atmosphere.
