After an accident on the right hand side of the road, authorities allowed traffic to travel on the left hand side to ease the congestion. Many visitors to Viet Nam will argue that this is a common occurrence, but I have rarely seen vehicles of this size travelling down the wrong side of the road.

You have got to be kidding me. ALL drivers in Vietnam drive where ever they want to on the roads. No traffic lights, stop signs, or barriers like in the picture stop them. It's open season 24/7
the Vietnamese mentality of managing 2 wheel vehicle has been elevated to 18 wheeler (just go around it :)!!!!
