Where will this be?
I think it is to the north west of the city, probably up the highway toward Cambodia. It is definitely not out toward Hoa Bien or Vung Tau
What a waste of good agricultural lands.
The Philippines used to be a rice exporter, up until their macro planners decided rice paddies would be better off as golf courses and mega malls. Now they have to import rice from Vietnam to feed their people.
