Rain and gloom outside city hall

What is basically the Saigon town hall, the HCMC People's Committee Building is a spectacular example of French colonial architecture and was originally built as a hotel in the early 1900's.

Every time I see this building ( It was called Saigon Town Hall before 1975 ), It reminds me of Saigon which I left the city 35 year ago. Many good memories when I grew up and I wish someday I could go back to visit one more time. Even though, I have no more relatives there.
