I don't think I've ever seen a picture of Saigon in which a bicyclist was not surrounded by absorbed in multitudinous traffic!
Great photo!
Why has the traffic stopped at the red light in the background? Obeying road rules is a no no in Saigon isn't it?
I have a special thing for cyclists. They give a city a special atmosphere.
