These type of pictures portray rural Vietnam to be quite idyllic. I guess you would need to spend some time on the ground to make a proper judgment of just how tranquil the farming life would be.

It always looks so much more organized from the air than on the ground doesn't it?
Are the roads dirt or paved in that pic?
You can see from the bottom of the picture how houses are slowly taking over the farm land.
