I like the little triangle cake-things sometimes for a really cheap dose of flour and sugar. I guess the waffle-ish ones must be made from the same batter, for more and chewiness and a little crunch. They should offer some maple syrup to go with the waffles.

It looks like the vendor also has the toasted and flattened banana sheets that are so good too.
