I asked about this when I was in VN this past April. I was told that it costs about 10000VND per load (the load is a little bigger when using the motorized tricycle) to have the rubble removed from the construction site and costs 15000VND to have it brought to the construction site. My guess is this only applies to residential construction. Believe it or not, in Vietnam people use rubble as fill for the base of the house foundation. Talking about a big violation of building code (US Standard that is).
