HCMC Television (HTV) is the second largest television network in the nation, just behind the national Vietnam Television (VTV). the HTV building (left of centre) was built in 2006 and broadcasts 24/7 on 7 different channels. Isnt the building in the centre actually the University of Social Sciences?
